The Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 is a rear wheel drive road car, with its powerplant located in the front, and a 2 door coupé body. The Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 is one of the C6 model family from Chevrolet. Its 6.2 litre engine is a supercharged, overhead valve, 8 cylinder unit that develops 638 bhp of power at 6500 rpm, and maximum torque of 819 N·m at 3800 rpm. This power is supplied to the wheels by means of a 6 speed manual gearbox. With a stated weight at the kerb of 1508 kg, the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 manages to cover the 0-60 mph sprint in 3.4 seconds and the quarter mile from rest in 11.3 seconds. Top claimed speed is 330 km/h (205 mph).
